This is the third installment of our Lord’s teaching regarding the Sabbath. What was it really for? Why did God rest on the first Sabbath? Did He really rest? What does that mean for us? These questions and many more are being answered one by one as we move through this series of sermons. Today we will discover the manner in which He set aside the seventh day, making it holy. How is it that this day is blessed but the other six days are not? This sermon ends with a reading of Psalms 23, which we find out is a psalm of the Sabbath.
